Boiling and Roiling Past The 4th and Beyond

The temperatures have dropped. That was one intense wrap-up of June. Little ones in our morning program, M-Sat, chugged their water bottles and inhaled the wetter snacks parents sent for their young adventurer. We found refuge in the shadowy places. The Secret Garden, (best hide and seek anywhere!) The route to the mill pond past the disk-golf course. Along the CIA trails, home of the Bog Beast and, of course, the fairgrounds, every kid's idea of wonderful. We've snacked, told stories and overcame the tender moments of learning how to take careful aim in the bushes (and, occasionally having your pants changed en-route.) This crew is prepping as Adventure Kids. And they're little! In addition to mornings we are again offering afternoon sessions through July, Monday-Friday from 1-4. Drop off and pickup is at the Wolf Den in Dalton City. The price remains the same, $25 per session. Kids must have adequate water and a packable afternoon snack. Good tread, curiosity an...
